2. What are the benefits of an online portfolio?
*Easy access, anytime editing, and Paperless.

3. What did you like/dislike about weebly?
*I really enjoyed this work and site. I really think that I can always use this site
for my future resources.

4. Would you continue to use it as a future educator? How?
* Definetly! I will use this site as my resume references and I can also use it to
input my students work and grades.

How was the experience of using Slide-slide.net?
At first I thought it will be really be complicated but as I played around I manage to do what I was suppose to do. Although I did what I was suppose to do I messed up by uploading without going over my work.

What were the challenges?
Uploading! At first it was kinda giving me hard time to upload but I guess it was the speed of the network and the editing part was a challenge because I couldn't edit my work.

What was fun? Not-so fun?
I think the uploading part was fun even if I didn't know what I was doing but I pretty much enjoyed it.

If you had the chance to do it over what would you do differently?
I would go over my work before I upload it.

Any other feedback.
I find this software really beneficial for my future resource. I can be uploading my work as well as my students.

Elluminate Live

1. Describe the experience with Elluminate Live? I was having a hard time at the beginning logging in so i had to look for another laptop to work with so I kind off missed the first conversation that was going on.

2. What did you like? Dislike? I really like how ellumination works, this is my first time to experience this kind of collaboration and it's pretty interesting, you can actually get to hear someone from the other side of the world.

3. How would a distance-learning application like elluminate, benefit students? They can benefit by actually engaging in a conversation and to actually experience the power of technology and the many things that we can do with it.

4. What are some ideas that you learned from Bree? The different sites/technology that we can use or explore to get ideas for our future teaching.

5. What will you take with you to explore in more depth? Why? The different sites. I want to research the site to see what activities and ideas I can use for my future classroom.

Timeline project/ March 16, 2010

1.Describe your assignment? Our agenda for this day was to create a timeline, lesson plan,quiz, and a rubric using rubistar and quizstar.

2.What did you like about the timeline websites?/Rubistar & Quizstar? I like how these sites work because basically they show you step by step how to work with them.

3.How would you use these sites for a classroom assignment? I can use these sites to have my students create their own timeline especially when were working with social studies and science but basically it will work for the other subjects too.

4.How would you rate each software on a scale of 1-10? Oh, I would give this software a 10. As a future teacher this software will definitely be a big help in grading, creating rubrics and some other stuffs that they offer.

1.Was the software user-friendly? I really think it is. It's not that difficult to deal with, it's just time waiting to upload pictures.
2.Did the software have extra useful features to enhance your presentation (or just minimal)? There are many features to choose from. It's pretty cool to work with because they are so nice and students will really enjoy this software.
3.Is the software specifically useful for teachers? I don't believe that it's specifically for teachers because any other people will and can surf into this software because the features are just amazing!
4.Would you recommend the software for other educators? Definitely! Teachers will want to work with this software because there are activities that they can have their students with using it.
5.If you had a choice to use this software again for a presentation, would you use it? Of course I would!
6.What overall consensus rating would you give for this software 1- 10 (10 being the highest). I would rate it as 10. I really think that this software is good and student appropriate like I said the students will enjoy it because of the many features it has.

1. This assignment was to create an activity using zunal.com. This activity is based on your topic choice that can be used for our future classroom which is an interactive activity. I enjoyed working with this site because I learned something new that I can use in my future classroom for my students. I faced challenges with the activity on putting in my resources but I manage to ask for help. Overall, I would say that this activity will and can benefit us as teachers and our students as well.We can almost intergrate all subject area with this web quest. I'm pretty sure that my students will enjoy working with web quest because of how we can all collaborate meaning looking at the activity and being on the same page as everyone.
